Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 and Flip5 to retain 25W charging
It seems Samsung will once again launch its upcoming foldables with 25W charging. Galaxy Z Fold5 and Z Flip5 appeared in a 3C listing with Samsung’s tried and true EP-TA800 model charger. Galaxy Z Fold5 (SM-F9460) and Z Flip5 (SM-F7310) will both feature the same charging speeds as their predecessors though the retail packages won’t include the charging brick as standard practice in the last few years.
Samsung’s next generation of foldables are expected to launch with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy chipset. Both Z Fold5 and Z Flip5 are said to feature a new droplet hinge design which should “hide” the notorious screen crease seen on past Samsung foldables. Z Flip5 will also bring a larger 3.3”- 3.4” cover screen.
