I've been using my gear s3 since december... and everything is good. battery life lasts upto 3 days (not to mention im a heavy user) and swimming with it is not an issue.

"The USIM CARD is required to download USIM. Start the registration. "
But it always failed.
Anyone able to use the phone in stand alone mode?
Mine is locked to KOREA SK Telecom.
Samsung Gear S3 LTE.

I wish Samsung wouldn't use TizenOS, and just use Android Wear 2.0, because that's the only reason why I don't plan on getting a Gear S3

They offer free software management to all customers and help us out with REAL PEOPLE, instead of having to hope we can send out technology off to some random place to get it fixed. Their products are sturdy and reliable. By the way, they recalled over 3 million note 7s and took a huge loss, I bet steve jobs and Apple wouldn't do something like that and admit fault. Hands down the BEST products ever and they wont be beat any time soon. Also when i bought my galaxy I got free Smart TV! Yeah, try finding that somewhere else.

e-sim Europe, 16 Jan 2017Hi, has anyone been able to get the LTE version to work in ... moreI am reading on www.tim.it (Telecom mobile in Italy) that e-sim is supported. They are selling the S2 with e-sim with a new number or you can assign an existing number (but the actual sim will be blocked).
I do not know if you buoght the S3 LTE it will works because now in Italy they are selling only the S3 without LTE module.

I just got this watch and its great it looks better then the picture. For two easy to navigate and control also easy set up.

I am thinking about getting the Gear S3 Frontier LTE in Canada. Does anyone have real life experience with this? I suspect I will have to purchase this from the USA. If I do, can it be activated in Canada?

No facebook, viber, whatsapp integration. I do not buy the excuse that it takes time to develop new technologies/apps - gear s2 is almost two years old.... when was the last time a new app for gears s watches was introduced?
