I have the same setting (korean unlocked version, branded from TK telecom, and a german ESIM from Vodafone) and have no idea how to get that combination work. :(

Is there anyway the Samsung Gear S3 work on tablets? Tried pairing my S3 with galaxy tab A LTE version...did not work! :(

it's a very good phone with lots of potential, but for the LTE version lacking dedicated messaging apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Facebook and Facebook Messenger hurts a lot and limits it's potential!

If you have bought it in Melbourne it will most likely be the Bluetooth only version. This runs through your phone, so if your phone works in Thailand, then your phone will.
The 4G/LTE version is not commonly available in Australia, but, if you were in possession of the 4G version, it will work anywhere, as long as your SIM inside the watch allows for Call/Data in said country.

So the best is to wait and not order the korean vs
