Even though the phone doesn't have all the specs I could dream of...its amazing in every way. Battery lasts all day. Best phone availible right now. Hands down.

The most amazing phone yet, the gingerbread os is much better than iphone and the animation is great, would prefer iphone keyboard but... overall the phone is the best phone buy yet.

Its gone backwards,bluetooth 2.1,no card slot,no dnse,wvga video recording,no radio,no tv out,go foq nexus 1

I got the Nexus S for a day. It's faster and responsive. Overall, it's better than Galaxy S. Call clarity is great but no background noise cancellation. Web surfing is the best and new google map is superb. There is no big changes in comparison with 2.2. The camera doesn't support full screen shot - disappointed. One of the best android phone available in the market.

OH! well i jst got my Nexus one delivered yesterday , i couldn't sleep the night before cause i didn t want miss that Well i now have it for a day , and to be honest it's just blazing fast, the best mobile phone i 've came to use till now.
MESSAGING: i struggled to type as i came form using sliding keyboard mobile phone, but well with the possibility to switch between languages and keyboard( GOOD FOR THOSE WHO SPEAK MANY LANGUAGES) and the great words prediction, i prefer it to typing on my PC key board.
MUSIC: For music lovers, the phone does come with the music app which is somehow limited in functionality but jump in the Market and get third part app like power amp(the best according to me) and trust me you will be blown away by the sound quality, with lots of setting and features.
YOUTUBE: well not much to say, it was just made for it ! fast loading even when you pay from the website.
USER INTERFACE: I love freedom! and the phone come with a blank home screens, and only few Google up loaded on it. It up to you to decide what you want on your phone! wow! I love it then I only install what I need.
BATTERY: Nothing to complain about until now. i am a huge phone user , i ve played with it almost the all day yesterday and manage to keep the charge( initial) until late last night, but i m only charging it now at 12 pm. I reckon it could make a day and half in my minimum usage.
THE BAD : it would probably take a while for a basic user or a new on-screen keyboard user to get used to the keyboard.The letters are kinda small, they could have made it better. but you get use to it fast.
I m so far happy with what i have and i see that i will stick with it until probably a new pure Google phone comes out.

Battery is poor, it does take ages to recharge.Dont like a lot of disadvantagers ie no card slot but battery quirk is meaning a return or swap for SGS.

Yes, the screen is scratch resistant and very hard.... I thought it had Gorilla Glass. It's a nice phone but those issues that I have, I don't like.

Does anybody have problems with the battery? It dies so quick and takes 3 hours to fully charge. The screen gets way too hot when you're on the web too. The last issue I have is the MMS
pictures are blurry. I thought the latest update was going to fix this but it didn't. Sorry but I tried to love it but I guess I will be going for a Nokia N8 instead.

I have the iP4, Desire HD and just got my Nexus S from CPW! Brilliant! Each of them has their merits but at this minute, loving my Nexus. Samsung is just a vehicle for building the phone, it is pure vanilla android with no Touchwiz, my reason forever touching any Sammy phone, simply can't stand TWiz.
Simply beautiful to hold and behold.
