Kenny, 30 Nov 2010Not neccessary to root for flashing firmware just press an... moreactually, im a new user, and i've heard about rooting, which really is not familiar to me cause this is my first android phone. im disappointed cause i cannot install apps in my sd card. i think i can do it if i will have 2.2..

just press and hold "volume down", "Centre', and "Power" button to switch on the phone

even with 2.2, but the game support really pity

yes,,and galaxy 3 have to do it as optimus 1 has lauch...bt update defently will take time....till ..enjoy eclair..
and yes who have prbolem with thier betery or processig speed. ...download advance tsk killer...and memory booster..

As Kenny said about Froyo upgrade its highly confidential.
Believe this: If there is a chance for getting Froyo, it will only happen after the Galaxy 3 gets it so no questions any more till then.

People, pls dont compare battery lives cos dey depend on the applications u use. If u just use it for calls, messaging and music, it will last quite long. It takes about 3.5 hrs for full 100% charging of the phone. Dont pull of the wire before that and say that it has poor battery life. :-|

To everyone facing problems,
Heavy usage especially games cause it to restart sometimes. Its a general issue. Dont b worried about it. Use ATK to kill big apps running in the background when opening too much apps together. Thats it. Ready to clear any more doubts :)
