any Galaxy 5 user, can you please visit youtube.com (desktop version) from the phone browser to see if Galaxy 5 support Flash Lite like Galaxy 3 by streaming within Browser ( not using Youtube App). Please verify.....

After showing 99% it takes arnd 2 hrs to turns in to 100%. its increasing at very fast rate till 99 but after 99 it tkae lots ok tym to 100%

99% battery is not full
you need to charge 3-4 hours of charging from empty to reach 100%
the phone will notify when it is full. it will show 100%

[deleted post]another one. is there any app which can tell me if the battery is full already? i always turn off the phone everytime i charge it. but i don't know when it's full. does it mean that it's done charging when the green battery indicator is full? im not sure of it because the dots under it are still moving. and when i turn it on, the battery is only 99%.

hey guys if anybody is going to buy this mobile plz dont buy it bcoz this set is too bad and i hav purchase this mobile at satna agency by recommand of samsung dealer but the set has so many problem frm date of purchase such as battery backup so low,having problem while connecting to pc and sound quality is very bad but when i goto customer care doa letter r made in 3 days and dealer is not accepting the letter and tried to fight with customer always the is not ready to exchange that mobile plz gsmarena site developer recommend me which is best mobile in samsung having 3g,wifi,and gprs facility other than galaxy and monte at range of 9000 plz cal me for ur suggestion at my number anytime in+918109324735

I am using this mobile from more then 2 months now and i haven't faced any issues so far mentioned by other users in this forum.
I found this handset best in the market under Rs 10000. This is a great android phone available at such a great price. I have used GPS, WIfi, GPRS and each one of these works perfectly fine.
I read some users complaining about not able to login to their google accounts, I managed to do that in the 1st attempt itself. no issues faced. Please note that you must have a google account or need to create one to login and use android market and you need to have internet active on your SIM.
I have downloaded many applications from the market and each one of them is working without any issues. I have now left with just 25 MB free memory on the mobile but the response and performance of the mobile is still top notch, no lags, no issues...
Regarding Battery life as well, under normal usage when my 3g, wifi and GPS are off, i am easily getting 3 days backup. with normal internet usage on wifi or 3g or gprs, its still giving me about 2 days. One need to manage their applications well to get best out of the battery. If you don't do that then your battery life will definitely suffer.
I hope, this will help lot of perspective buyers..go ahead and buy it if your budget in about 8000-10000 Rs., I had done fair bit of research before finalising this mobile and I am pretty satisfied with this so far.
