Awesome phone.Have been using it since 1 month.as a android developer i will suggest its one of the best Android based phone in android generation as of now.Just go for it.

go around phone shop and i saw this phone, ask for test and i tried.
LOVE IT, with low price in RM and installed by android 2.1(duno wat version) and its really fast..hav wifi.. quite slim, screen is just fine and wat i know is....its responding, VERY FAST!

I bought a Samsung Galaxy 5 recently...I rooted the device..installed a few more live wallpapers..Downloaded GPS Application which now works perfectly fine and is accurate...installed antivirus which provided advanced task manager to bring down unnecessary services to save battery..It has a 2 MP Camera with decent performance..I have been using it for 2 months now and never crashed / hanged.. Audio quality is nice..I feel this is the cheapest Android 2.1 phone with decent features..I love it.. Android OS gives you a lot more options than any other OS and the hardware is good enough..

Anyway, Huawei is likely to be better than lesser named Chinese stuff. Also it is much cheaper, so I'd say its worth trying out.

Ideos is giving me a lot more facilts than G-5 like ANDROID v-2.2 in hlf of G-5 price.
