I have upgraded this nice machine to Android 2.2 Fryo with no difficulty.
It's the best choice in this price range. I just don't like the battery life.

I just bought the phone and am enjoying the wi-fi.It is so fast and has a bigger scrren than the Ideaos and looks more classy.Good phone

I tried to upgrade my firmware from 2.1 to 2.2 but no luck ..
do any one have step by step details to upgrade this phone to android 2.2 ?

the best smartphone within the budget, its now just 8.5k. better go for the android galaxy models like galaxy 5, 3, pop, fit. all under 10k only.

iklabombompow, 09 May 2011can you tell me if this phone supports songs(mp3)as message... moreu can set mp3 songs to be your ringtone, just long press the song then choose set as ring tone..

I bought my phone 1 week ago, and i have android 2.1.
What update i can do for this mobile, i see that 2.3 is available. Can i make the update to 2.3 or 2.2.

to folks who have problem on the batterty backup, plz kindly turn off ur accont & sync's background data. this saves the battery life a lot n boost the battery life to minimum 3 days of normal usage. hope this helps. bcoz i faced this problem b4. galaxy 5 have its background data sync on by default.

I bought the same but the battery back up is very bad. And there is no game in it. can somebody tell me that how can we download the applications and which type of applications can be downloaded ???
