has anyone tried mapdroyd or ndrive with samsung gt i5503? i tried using this aps to test my gps but it did not work.can anyone help me regarding gps for this unit..thanks

galaxy 5 it realy a faulty product due to following reasons
1.with just 64mb ram , that's why they dnt mention ram in specification ,
2.wifi is very poor ,i compared it with my frn mobile wifi and mine
3.battry life is very poor and it drains out so quickly may be cz it an android based phone
4.it got a very nasty resarting and hang problem ... i am really frustrated abt this

well with regard to the battery life and limited onboard memory pls upgrade to 2.2, this does not affect warranty coz u can always rollback to the previous version,and the installing of android 2.2 does not require rooting.

iam using this phone from 2 weeks no complains about the mobile. sometimes it overloads and switches off. then automatically it switches on. battery is very weak. when i download apps it runs off really fast. rest off the features are very good, better than symbians
