hi....have purchased galaxy 3 last month...m very happy with the phone as it has android and its user friendly as well as it has swype....just wanna know where is t9...the ph is excellent in metallic silver....the look is awesome as are the features...

i bought this phone yesterday for 11,800INR and im lovin it...gps also works fine...mau be some people have slow connection as they are using agps so locking time is more for them.
I know that live papers are not supported in this handset but what are the other third party applications which can be used to run these live wallpapers?
and i have already used launcherpro, adw launcher but none of them are applying live wallpapers, they are limited to customizing themes only.
So please if someone has seen live wallpapers on this phone, then suggest me. and please tell me with confirmation.

ive had this phone for about 3 days now and i should say i m loving it!
BANG per buck!!!
all i could ask for at the price point
i have got a gps lock today n i should say it was fast enough and accurate to 2m in my campus(open place)
the only problem though my android market doesnt seem to work..
it worked fine a day ago but now its saying Download starting but doesnt start :(
anyone hav this problem ??
or anyone with a fix plzz let me know

i downloaded some 240 400 pixel wallpapers but i always have to crop them to put them as wallpapers..cant we put the whole image as wallpaper??

me and my frnd bought it..i dont have a gprs connection till now..bt he has it and he tried gps and it worked absulutely fine..he got a lock within 15 secs with agps on..digital compass also works perfectly..download an app for it..
i have one disappointment that it has bluetooth 2.1 instead of 3.0

harsha, 02 Sep 2010sorry i haven't used awd launcher in pro launcher it h... morehi harsha, same prob here also i faced. just replace shortcut once with the with the by default short cut icon. it will work.

@ all asking of application.
all the application which are on market will run without any problem.internet related and system related foot have any problem.few video and audio they get delayed to load..problem arise with game.i have tried some on the 3d only 40persent of them work.few of multi touch games. worked fine

This gadget uses 200x400 pixel, is it easy to find the supported applications ?. Compared with 320x400 owned by samsung spica, there are so many application that support this resolution

Purchased galaxy 3 today. One strange thing I have noticed is on the box it is galaxy 3 but inside the device I mean below the battery it is i5801 which is appollo. I am from india. Can anyone clarify my doubt
