m using monte since 5 months..
its fine bt only problem is it doesnot have any processor whch is badly needed, as sumtyms it hangs up.
or while running 2 or more appli , it displays nt enough memory even though my phone memory is empty (210 mb free space out of 240).
so chehk dis thngs in galaxy.

Guys I am a bit confused between samsung monte and galaxy 3. I know galaxy has android but features r more in monte like secondary camera,task manager and some more. Flash is missin in both....which one shud I go for?? plzz suggest

i faced the same problem with vodafone and they gave me a diff apn..

i am not able to Sign in to google to access market,gtalk,gmail from mobile GPRS i mean EDGE Network..it say no network available ..do i need a 3G or WIFI to access them ...browser works just fine with GPRS network..

pushpak, 16 Dec 2010even though 1 mil phones have been sold only 2 active phone... moreu r wrong..u dont even know sammy dev guys no longer works on symbian as sammy abandoned symbian..and there r only 3-4 android fones of sammy which ppl r using right now..win7 fones is not available right now in india..but there r many bada fones r available at present..
android is good but even galaxy s hangs n lags but wave never lags..
and last but not the least..this galaxy 3 phone doesnt even have enough resolusion to support all the android apps..no good camera,low ram,processor,poor screen,no graphix chip,no hd video playing or rec(wave plays 720p) n many new wonderful apps is there for free in the sammy appstore 4 free.u cant compare a low end fone with a mid/high end device like wave!

even though 1 mil phones have been sold only 2 active phones run bada where as 45+ phones run android and it has backing of google where as samsung tech guys must look after 4 os (windows, bada, android,symbian) and their high end mobiles live nuxus s ,tab, i9000 run android so they will concentrate more on android than bada if i was a app developer i will develop android apps than bada ones.

i just bought it 1 week back and it turns out to be a pretty nice phone.....Android rocks....this phone has a very good interface,touch is quite good and responsive,batery last for about 1 and a half day but its ok wid such a heavy functionalities tat it possess...
overall i am quite satisfied and happy wid this phone thanx samsung
and 1 more thing there is no issue of calldrop as i found in some forums prior to buy this phone, infact voice quality is pretty loud and clear.

i am unable to open market .its asking google account. but after entering id and password, i am not able to sign in with(2g) edge.i am able to Browse Web using browser.do i need 3g or wifi to sign in or is there smoother way to sign in to access market on phone
