value for money phone.
battery an issue even at basic usage.
i got it for dad, but if it was with me, i might have killed it.
camera (af) is not upto mark. battery lasts 1 day @ calling + sms.
no apps working in background, task killer @ monitoring.
i wish samsung do not bitch us, and upgrade 2.2 soon

please someone suggest.... is battery a very serious concern for galaxy 3. would u suggest to go for this fone.

@harsha... i m following exatctly the same methods u mentiond still dnt even get 24 hrs of battry with normal useage..... ive also rooted mah fone. . any ways i cn maximise my battery life? does apps like set cpu wrks to save battry? ?

i had brought this phone and i am really satisfied from it....
the most promising thing of samsung galaxy 3 is its battry life.....it gives 2 days back up(after using all the features like camera ,music,GPS...etc)
and what 2 say more this phone is really good and if u r willing to bye it just do it.....
