can we use other simcard after installing orange frimwaren I use docomo sim. is gps working fine on bvjp9? what are the bugs present in new frimware?

tangno, 28 Jan 2011 can u post it please...Go to mobiplanet4m.com register and go to mobile section where you see ipod/iphone section click on it and in secound page you will got 60 free application download it but it will on .rar formate so firdt downloaded androzip from market otherwise file not dowmloaded and say unsupported format ,then unpack it by androzip

this is the link for android 2.2 (froyo) for gt-i5801
just click it and download it.
But it is not officially announced It is test version I5801BVJP9.
You have to do this unofficially using ODIN. I suggest you to wait for few days may be in this month or next month Samsung will officially release it. I have test all features like gps problem, call drop problem, and more than 15 new featur...es added/fixed with Froyo.
I already flashed with 5800 firmware and new 5801 french firmware. This version is good enough. Altough few bugs are still their.
This version is ready to market (RTM). This update will be available soon via KIES. Please do not go for custom flashing, it may damage your phone and warranty.
