m using this fon since last 1 mnth. . . and dint find any prblm and i kw its bat. bckup is also gud but due to firmware we r not getng d req. output. . . . hope so froyo will solve this. . . jz waiting for the official update to come for froyo

there is sum prblm in d firmware by which bat. get reduced frm 50 to15%. . . my firmware ver is2.1-update1 & baseband i5801DDJG6
is there any other firmware by which d prblm can b solved.
pls suggst. ......

u will lose ur warranty
But u can unroot this fone also to avail the warranty
& more no problem in update froyo if ur fone is rooted

It depends upon the Samsung how they plan to upgrade.. If the software first detects the existing firmware (Asian firmware) and later start upgrading, then u r in a big trouble if u root now... :)
If that is not the case, then no probs...

I dint root my phone yet... I dont want to void my warranty at this stage... Will wait for another month, for official release of Froyo... Because, I heard that they r fixing some of the bugs...
Later, if they dont release, I will root it...
If u want to root, U can take suggestions from some ppl like "Abhi" in this forum...

Ohh gosh...It lackz a secondary camera which is a must for video calling....C'mon itz a 3g phone....How am I suppose to see a person on other side??!....Many ppl use 3g not only for broadband internet but for dis facility also...Big let down...Same goes for Nokia e5, htc wildfire! Considering their price range itz unacceptable!

help me, 01 Dec 2010Guys plz help me when i connect the usb but it says... moreafter connecting usb drag down the top pannel and in notifications you will find usb click it and select mount then you can use the sd card as mass storing device but in setting of usb enable in mass storing must be selected for any other queries contact me at pushpak888@gmail.com.
