Sorry guys could not be there on this site for the whole day.. as remain in office n get time only in night.... its very easy to root ur phone and getting live wallpapers towork without any lag.... i earlier gave the link of the easiest way for rooting...viz.

Husi, 29 Sep 2010Hi..Im planning to buy this phone, bt few questions before:... more1. Display is very Good.
2. Some games have problem with resolution. But all the other apps run
3. Yes, for playing games u need more ram. but multitasking is good, can run more than 10 apps. but the game u mentioned will not run due to low ram and resolution, i have tried them.
4. Web browsing is good and smooth. default browser does not have flash support i think. but u can use skyfire browser to get flash support.
5. Touch sensitivity is very good. Scrolling in music player and messages is bit slow amd some 3d games also have some lags. except that no lag
6. Not tried to root. i don't know...
Video quality is very good and headphone effect will become more better if we make a custom equilizer settings
This is worth for money.. It has all the features of galaxy s. I liked this phone very much

hi i am also facing the battery issue. when i make or receive a call the battery drops sharply to 5% or 15% and asks me to charge the phone. but restarting the phone shows the battery is above 50%.i thought it was some with an app and is now runnig on minimal number of apps and the problem still shows up

Please let me know that is your edge... more- Yup, My Edge is mostly on.Some times I switch it off. (APN switcher from market, there are many.use anyone you like)
- No special settings have been done in "mobile networks" I change network mode from "Auto (GSM/WCDMA)" to " GSM only " as I don't use 3G.(BSNL is at its worst in 3G in my Area)
- Yeah, I can access market, maps and any other browser while m on Edge. (never had problem with that)

Hi..Im planning to buy this phone, bt few questions before:
1: how is the display? the resolution is pretty low, is the text blurry at times? N the viewing angles?
2: are there any compatibility issues in applications due to screen resolution?
3: i also heard due to low processor or RAM the phone cant install much games or run many applications together? Is it true? Wil i b abl to play all the cool games (like NFS shift, or asphalt 5, or real futbal etc) also will i be able to do multitasking (5 or 6 apps simultaneously)
4: how is the web browsing experience? Wil i be able to open heavy n flash oriented pages? Is it smooth?
5: how is the touch? And ever the phone lags?
6: after rooting the phone will i be able to get paid apps for free from market?
7: your reviews and if anything important im missing and you would like to add?:)
plz dont be biased and reply honestly :) dont hv enf money to risk..

1) For rooting I5801 should I use automated or go for manual one?
2) Will I be able to update my phone to froyo via Kies after rooting the phone? Or i have to do it manually again?

sandeep raju, 28 Sep 2010HI Gsm is thr any problem if I root the phone some one is s... moresee who say that he looses imei then he might be not followed instruction properly n u shud not disconect your phone during root if any interrupt hapen between fone n pc then u wil lose something ....n i rooted my phone without any problem no imei lost n no mac so dont be worry....Njoy
