Phone isnt amazing. The keys are have a, "cheap" feeling due to the use of a cheap plastic. If you are looking for a sleeker phone, go for the E61i. However, the i600 is better in which it has a second camera in the front.

I've had the samsumg i600 for a week now and I'm loving it. The battery lasts at least a day or so, so at the moment I'm not too fussed about the short battery life. I think Samsung have done the right thing by including 2 batteries anyway - and for the slimness of the model, it's to be expected and quite satisfactory for me.
Major plus points:
- screen
- web browsing
- WiFi WiFi WiFi WiFi!!! (big plus)
- scroll wheel
- video is quite OK
Negatives
- camera lower quality than expected, but no big deal - I use a dedicated camera most of the time anyway
- no shortcuts between My documents and the storage card
- would love to get rid of the Microsoft Outlook sync icons around the place without major hacking
- speakerphone quality not so good
- can we please have a phone that will accept normal headphones???
Other than that - very, very good phone and I am more than satisfied!

I bought this phone 3 weeks ago & the 1st week itself it hanged. This happened 3 times & finally sent it to service centre.
Don't know if I would really keep this phone for long, as Its very slow on response compared to Nokia 6310i phone I used earlier.

to Iman, the phone battery is for a smartphone / pda acceptable by normal use 2 days, by heavy use of Wifi you will need to, charge it daily, but as said this is normal for windows based smartphones. about MS office two possibilities, or you install documents to go software (29 us$) what gives u a very good packet of MS office software, or you update to windows mobile 6, an update that samsung will provide for free before end of June ( read somewhere july ). To be honest, I use the phone for two months now, it is a great tool.

I have been waiting for this phone and need a little advice from those who have already experienced it. I see mixed reviews on battery life. Any final word?
Also, any idea if it is possible to set it up so it downloads from Microsoft Exchange? Also not sure if if it supports MS Office functions. Thanks in advance.

Can someone tell me how many numbers can you save on this phone? Is it unlimited (only limited to the external memory that you ad), OR is there only a certain fixed size of memory put asside for your contact list (telephone list).
How many numbers can you save on your normal outlook contact list?

Windows mobile 5 doesn't come with MS software but the new MS 6 do have. MS 5 have a software to view MS file only. But you can go and purchase Document to go for MS5 which is more superior then MS edition!
