is it possible to use some of the keys as up,down, left, right navigation. I don't find the mouse particularly friendly to use.

I bought this phone on 31 May 2008. Did extensive research before purchase. Used Samsung i600 before. I really like this phone and I am very happy with my purchase because I feel that including a touch screen has made all the difference. I wonder why they did not include a screen protector in the box? The battery cover is tricky to fit properly. The Garmin GPS does not receive a signal very easily - can I do something to improve this feature? Will post more feedback after more use.

Dear All,
I am using a windows mobile 6 phone but I find it difficult to download e-mails when I travel to Europe and in Africa. I notice that the phone has HSDPA, would this help to solve the problem?
I am trying to exchaust all options before I consider a blackberry.

Does anyone has the same problem where, when u set the ringtone to ring instead of increasing ringing and u call yrself, it sounded like increasing ringing instead of loud ringing?

Are you able to share with us specifically on how to sync with Lotus Notes? Currently, I have to copied my calendar and tasks from LN to Outlook to enable the sycn which is too cumbersome.

Thanks for the reply...however, I saw a reply from the chap, Wayne, and he mentioned that to sync with Outlook and Lotus Notes is a breeze.....just wonder if it can actually be done or not.....sigh....
