the only thing that is disappointing is that they might be using 1440Mah instead of 1500Mah.. plus the phone has a new look, it is now totally black no more silver trimmings.

NEW reports coming in, say CPU only 667MHz on Omnia 2 i8000, older news of 800MHz untrue. (only Jet and Omnia Pro have 800MHz).
Yes, officially Samsung never stated the Omnia II to have 800MHz, but they save all the news going around, they should have stopped it, now a lot of folks will feel disappointed.

I'd also like to know the RAM figure. I have heard it is 256mb (same as HTC) and ROM is 512mb (again same as HTC models) but other sources say it less than this. Processor speed is definitely 800MHz but ram is vital to know too and this is not widely advertised which raises a few questions.

noob in HP, 12 Jul 2009hi guys pls tell me the advantage of having OS:windowMobile... moreWhen program developers write a program, they have to decide which operating system(OS) their program will run on. If they write a program for Windows Mobile, then all cellphones that run Windows Mobile will be able to run their program. Whereas, if you write a program for a cellphone that doesn't run any OS such as Samsung Jet, then that program can only run on Samsung Jet. It couldn't run on a different mdoel of cellphones.
