Hi Mr./Mrs. Samsung for life , i wanna ask u about this phone.... how it's musik play...in headphons or loud speakeres , and what about it's rining tone it's also have melody ?? i hate it . i hope samsung make it can be coustmized by user , and what about it's battery life ... and camera... and if it freez or not.... and what accessories come with it ... and thnx alot^^

Hello,
I have the Omnia II for a couple of months now and it has one problem that is really bugging me. It has taken me all this time to just understand what causes the problem. Basically the problem is with the screen unlock button, the one on the side of the phone. Sometimes it does not work to unlock the phone. This seems to happen when I have a lot of reminders appear together and I ignore them. These are reminders for "tasks" and the "organiser". I know that the phone is still working, because if I have the radio running it will stay working. Although if a call comes in I cannot hear it ring, and when I restart the phone by taking out the battery, I just see a missed call.
Anybody else experienced this problem? It does not happen too often, especially if I am quick to "dismiss" or reschedule the reminders, but for a phone that is great in so many other ways I find this very annoying.

resistive touchscreen whcih is sensitive to every touch
i hav seen samsung star 3g, corby, nokia 5230, and nokia 5530.
corby's touch is juz mindblowing. i guess star,5230 and 5530 is resistive n corby is capacitive, m i right??
so is resistive screen of this phone quick and responsive like corby??

When capturing the business card just follow my... moreThanks again & after your message,now I'm sure that firmware problem & should go for warranty,if remembered I said I have problem with macro mode also in bizcard ( I did your advised but wasn't effective)
You know my freind sometimes when we adapted with some handsets, the others are like stronger pepole for us & of course it will take times, I mean maybe my expect is more than usual for this mobile, this phone is poor in some abilities if compare with SE or Nokia( even oldest realesed) but depend on our mind & what we want. Anyway I hope we can solve our problems and enjoy from full soft & firm wares in this phone.

Hmm, it semms that with the number of Phones coming out, most notably Andriod ones, my Omnia 2 will be obsolete before one year's time... I'll still need to wait though until phones breach the 2Ghz mark before I decide as I'm on a tight budget...

When capturing the business card just follow my steps;
Step 1: Go to Smart reader
Step 2: Go to bizcard
Step 3: after that when capturing a Business card wait for the green light on the side to appear then it will say hold on, after that it will automatically capture the business card but my friend you have to used real business card not fake busineess card bec. if you don't used real business card it will not read it and it can't capture the fake business card and it only capture real business card...

My friend the meaning of 16 million color(65k effectiveness) is that this phone supports 16 million color and it also supports 65k color specially when you are in a daylight the Color display of your screen cannot be seen that well but eventhough 65k color is effective, the 16 million color Amoled will still be on the top for this phone OMNIA II bec. this phone OMNIA II supports 16 million color and you will see that during night time.
