I should have added... Look on the right ... moreA nice stats. However it seems that you dont use this device as a primary phone. Mainly sleeps i think. Very few bars at awake and screen-on.
I use this device a lot for fb and twitter and some games and at that time i use 2g. but if i got wifi signal, i use to turn it on all day. I use 3G when i need it like yours(lo. And it lasted about 18h.

I should have added... Look on the right of the picture and you can tell exactly when I switched 3G on. The battery nose dives!

Below is the pic you wanted.
At 09:00 this morning my battery had 52% left after 2d 16h 13m 0s.
Then I turned 3G on and left my phone on idle all day.
At 18:00 this evening my battery had 20% left after 3d 1h 14m 35s.
Just having 3G on but not using it used 32% of my battery in 9h. Imagine how much it would have dropped if I HAD used 3G. That's why I say 'Use it or lose it'.

AnonD-125309, 30 Mar 2013I liked this phone very much and bought it 10 days back. Bu... moreyour problem is the same when i first bought this device. i sold my galaxy wonder and buy this. At first glance on the shop, i've just notice that battery drains so quick even when it was out of the box. charge 2 times per days afterwards. its really annoying. finaaly i got root and restory all apps from my previous galaxy w to s3 mini. The result is the same (yes of course).
since i'm so determined to work around, i break my warranty by flashed custom rooted rooms. First of all, the dumbest way. "Force an app after you use it." I search and found that facebook does a heavy usage even after exits. so i just open facebook app info and force close it. well it works, but still pissed me off. i wonder why my galaxy wonder never had this kind of problem before!
Then after got fed up by it, i try install GSambattery monitor to find what's consuming my battery. Next i download LBe Security Master which runs like task killer but it can stop procces like you force stop an apps. So it's nice. but downside is you got more apps that runs makes battery more easily depleted. but i let those thing runs.
Finally i just force stop LBE security master. i want to use it later on if the phone suddenly drops again. Well somehow my phone didnt have any battery issue since that time.
Average battery: 1 day 03 hours. For me, lasted one day is wonderful. im just sharing my experience though :)

how much space do i need to record about 2hrs of hd video? since i do not know how to / where to see how much recording time i have when taking videos!

how do i check the lenghth for recording on S3 mini. on my nokia phone it used to say how much recording time i have!

kj, 30 Mar 2013Galaxy s advance is much better after gb update. Better loo... moreno. my brother got s advance and just went to jelly bean. im a bit suprissed that the scrolling not very smooth. Although I just upgrade it in (using odin3 and download the software from samfirmware for latest jelly bean).
Then i bought this device that come with JB out of the box. The result? s3 mini got better scrolling and smoother than s advance. thats because the hardware at s advance not quietly optimized to jelly bean.
