AnonD-108010, 17 Mar 2013New lumia 620 or sg s3 mini which one better for me ??Of course the Galaxy S III Mini is better. It has 1 GB RAM, while Lumia 620 only 512 MB. For gaming, better go for Galaxy S III Mini. Windows Phone 8 for business look.

Some people ask which is better I always say s3mini is the best option if they don't want Xperia. To my curiosity I went to peep on s3minI comments and I'm surprised that you are giving biased comparison. That's not fair dude, you should make people decide without politicizing.

AnonD-123519, 16 Mar 2013i was honest , battery depends on ur usage , like my heavy ... moreI have Xperia p, music can last 12 hours on fm or mp3. 3g on is 8 hours, depends if you keep browsing it will go for 4-5 hours only. Games could also go for 5 hours. Both of their batteries will not last the whole day for heavy use . Xperia p on stand by only consumes 5% for 12hours, standby on 3g(meaning it can receive email while screen is off) will consume less than 20% for 10hr. camera is better on Xperia p. I know it coz I tried them both. 8mp camera on Xperia p has bug, but if you use the 6mp scale it would go better than s3mini. Xperia p is also cheaper than 3mini. Xperia p dont have sd slot, but you already know the fact that jelly bean and ics don't support sd transfer on all apps. Overall xp wins. Xperia p also has whitemagic tech, viewing angles and sunlight legibility are superb much superior than s3 original.Xp has Premium aluminum built and dragontail with pre installed screen protector plus nfc.

1) No, you are wrong. Sim card sizes are:
Full 85.60mm x 53.98mm
Mini 25.00mm x 15.00mm
Micro 15.00mm x 12.00 mm
Nano 12.3mm x 8.8mm

Therefore the Galaxy S3 Mini takes a Mini sim. This is the 3rd time I have had to explain this simply because people here are too lazy to read the posts.

2) The Galaxy Mini s3 Mini DOES support NFC but it is country specific. A NFC version of the phone was released at the end of January 2013.

Two important things:
1) The sim card is not micro sim or mini sim, it is the usual sim card
2) There is NO NFC on this phone (No NFC Connection)
so there are two wrong info about the phone specifications.

This phone rocks, everything in it just amazing, I've been using it since 2 months, rare problems.

Even though its older, i'd go for the advance, newer chipset and more 3G band coverage. Apart from that, all 2 have more or less the same specs.
Apart from that (technical), its their looks, on that i can't comment since its your personal view.

My first experience of rooting was when I had my Galaxy S (i9000) back in 2010 when I used the Chainfire root.
Everything went well at first but then strange things started to happen; the phone would switch itself to silent mode, the screen would light up in the middle of the night but no call or text, the phone slowed right down, and my data usage mysteriously shot up. That was when I realised that something nasty had been installed on it behind my cack. I flashed a non-rooted ROM back onto the phone and it behaved properly after that.
That was my first and last voyage into rooting. Never again!
