I've also had this phone for less than 2.5 years, and it keeps shutting down when I use the internet for 5 minutes. Even after resetting it, the problem wasn't solved.

my husband has a Samsung galaxy S 111 mini for 3 years now and the other day all of a sudden it went dead, he tried everything and took it also to a shop where they repair mobile phones, they said there is nothing they could do. its not the batter. when we turn it on it just says Samsung Galaxy mini 111 and then it goes black screen and 10 seconds later again it says the same and so on. what can we do?

Best phone I've used. 4 inch screen is great for my hands. UI is simple and easy to understand. Camera is decent. Overall an excellent phone for those who aren't after the too advanced.

Best phone i ever bought. I just bought it causer was small and cheap, i soon discovered it was a great smartphone for it's price. I used him for 3 years and 0 problems, fell several times into mud, water, etc...don't know how it is still working. Congrats Samsung. Í am only changing to Samsung X-Cover 3 cause it's faster and rugged.
