It is faster than the old s3 mini.
Uses the pxa986 chipset with an a9 cortex cpu plus a gc1000 gpu. I believe it's exactly the same hardware samsung used for the galaxy tab 3 7.0.

xperia L is better
because all samsung phones are laggy
I saw xperia L reviews and I can see that's much better than this..got more software abilities and great camera & bigger size
the only thing good in s3 mini VE in screen is SUPER AMOLED but it's nothing with lag
