You might find this phone disappointing when it brokes down because of Samsungs production practice, putting up low grade materials. I have Samsung G810 and it made a visit to Samsung Service Center 3x already since I bought it 2 month ago, and Samsung Agents telling me that it has a thin LCD and flex that easily breaks. Disappointing!

Just recieved mine today and given it a full charge. So far impressed. My first Samsung but wont be my last if they keep this kind of build quality up. Upgraded from a K850i which was good but not brilliant, SE need to sort themselves out. Been with them for 5 years and only noe looked to pastures new. 8mp camera on the Innov8 is astounding for a mobile camera. Its lacking a xenon flash but thats not enough to disappoint. OS is fast and responsive. Not got used to optical mouse yet but that should come with time, there is an option to turn it off though. Not had chance to test sound quality yet (im at work ;(...) will update when i do. So far very impressed. Nice one Sammy!!

even though innov8 has symbian system . i would like to clarify points
i m realy disappointed the way samsung do thing. first of all they should preinstall an nice eyecandy animated theme (though themes can be downloaded)
icon animation creates more impression thats what nokia is doin in n series
secondly image gallery should improve drastically it is nowhere nokias 3d rotating image gallery.
some fixes such as search engine is welcome.
apart from that best cam around and surely not to mention best sonic experience one can get in smartphone

1.Design
The i8510 design is more 2008 telefoon like, if you know what i mean.
The n96 got more curvs and is not made with perfection.
2. features.
Its cleary that samsung overtop all on the moment , the I8510 can be used for watching TV so there is your answer on your question.
3 Camera.
This is the thing that i love about this special mobile its a telefoon,navigation,and digital camera in ONE.

Juz wanna have an honest opinion about N96 and ... morehey innov8 has loads of other features than n96 such as superb 8mp cam n sound quality in earphone is quiet decent pick up any smart phone from market n can beat that handset.most of u don't need a tv receiver in my opinion . plus an optical mouse to add some features to this multimedia monster.
In my opinion it is a succeeder of G810 which boost the same hardware same hitech features but it has symbian FP1 and 5 mp cam . but it was still not available in india so i bought g800 not happy with it so much.

I was wondering how the gaming performance of this device was compared to N95 8GB and I came across this on samsungi8510.com/forum

Received mine this morining from mobiles.co.uk, back in the post this afternoon to be exchanged. The camera just wouldn't function at all, the lens cover opened and it took pictures but just of a black screen. Samsung tech support had no idea what it could be so it's gone back.
However in the short time I used it, I was impressed with the rest of the functionality, but I'm getting concerned reading several reviews on other sites of all sorts of faults and bugs. I'll give one more chance with the replacement if that's dodgy it will be back to the drawing board.

Anonymous, 17 Sep 2008sorry the best cameraphone by far is the imobile 902I've tested other 8 megapixel camera phone in market like VirtuV F8, K-Touch C800 and i-Mobile 902.
All phone uses CCD camera with optical zoom and Xenon Flash. Sounds like good I think.
After testing, my opinion has change drastically.
The photo result are bad. It's blur, not sharpen. The color tone like over exposure, not natural. Optical zoom are not helped. Autofocus not work perfectly, I think because the slow system response.
In all condition, 5 megapixel from LG Viewty, Nokia N82 and Samsung G810 or G600 has far better result than this.

had the phone a week,everything is perfect,no issues so far,email me
