Congrats to the Samsung on excellent job. This seems to be if not the best than one of the best smartphones currently around. It is almost as perfect. The only thing it is lacking is a little projector :)

i understand this phone runs on FP2, does it mean it will have Full Screen Caller ID for calls ???

In my opinion, Innv8 is better, becasue of:
1-the Camera resolution.
2-Free life time navigation (at least in the middle east).
3-Innov8 can plays more types of the multimedia formats than N96..

cant understand samsung i was just about to get this phone then they announce 8mp 3.2 touchscreen to launch in october i will hold on for that but so are lots of other people which will affect sales of innov8

Samsung ready to launch another symbian s60 handset in market. Now Nokia is not a leader in Symbian os for long time. I want to know about sound quality in handsfree like Nokia ?

in my opinion innov8 looks much nicer than n96 and i hate that dual slide
they both run on the same OS and innov8 has every thing n96 has it and some more,like other than camera, it is thinner, more than twice of battery life (which is very important), Divx player, cheaper (yes it's already available here and the price is 800$)
the only thing innovate doesn't have is broadcast which is useless for us (we need satellite to have good channels)beside that, most of these cheap chinese phones have broadcast which is working better than n96 and its as cheap as 50$
i'm not saying n96 is not good, i say n96 is very good BUT innovate is better and cheaper

I sware to god im neither a nokia fan nor a samsung fan , actuallty i dont like cell phones at all . i dont have a cell phone , but let me say something that is absolutlt obviuse to me . the software on the samsung is abso freeken lutly ugly . ang its abso freeken lutly nice on the nokia , no doubt about it .its tooooooooo bold on the inovat .
i know the samsung has more software stuff but its realy with out color and style .
im sure everyone agrees on that particular subject . i dont know and care about other things on both phones but this is too much obvius .

anyone looking to download themes i have downloaded n95 8gb themes direct from a site could zedge on wap they are all free and i have found most of them to work fine with the innov8

If anybody is wandering if and when this is going to be released on Vodafone, it should be available sometime next month. Vodafone say there are some delays due to software updates.
