I am very tempted to get this all singing all dancing samsung I8510 my only concern is the GPS.I am basically wanting to know if the GPS is somthing like the Nokia N95 or is it like the IPhone? Basically does it navigate like the N95s do or only give positioning?
And does anyone know this so called "Download is only valid for 7 days" work with the GPS on this phone?

good handset just got one myself.....hope 2 god fault rates are not as high as the n95 ( 1st version)
runs on symbian software like n95...very easy transition for any that already have an n95 as menu is almost identical bar the icons in main menu.

Anonymous, 04 Sep 2008its available sim free now at carphone warehouse for £399 f... moreseriously the 8gb for £400, i very much doubt it, have checked out the site and theres no mention of it even being on offer as a sim free handset. correct me if im wrong tho, i can be as blind as a dingbat!oh yes i carried out a photo shoot out between the n95 and the innov8 and there is really no contest, the images were sweet! the phone is still a little on the slow side, i find i have to be patient with the betty, you press a button one too many times and shes not happy, hence she freezes up!you can use your own ringtones but trying to open up to access your memory from the 'profiles' or 'settings-tones' section takes an age, i went to the music player and chose a tone from there.i dont know if its wishful thinking but she might actually be getting faster and i fixed the bluetooth hiccup, as i said she doesnt like too many buttons being pressed and i think i got a little trigger happy!
