I have this smartphone Omnia 7 last month ago and the cpu processor is really fast but the problem is that it lacks many features and the price is to high so if u cannot afford to buy this phone my suggestion go for Omnia II bec. it has lots of features and the price is affordable..

                      Hi guys!
I have a question. The Samsung Omnia HD has a free GPS navigation solution or not? I am talking about basic things, I don't need some extra stuff... Thank you.

I'm after a 3 months research period when i tried to decide which smartphone is the best for me. I found out that HTC Desire HD is certainly the emperor of smartphoneland. But its incredibly high price threatened me away and I decided to give wp 7 a chance. For all of those who keep bitching about the disadvantages of the OS: just think about it for a minute, what kind of OS do you use on your computer when you synchronize your mobile device with it? 80% use Windows. The biggest evolving potential is in this platform. And the games, XBOX Live and the strict hardware restrictions set by Microsoft allow wp7 to become the best mobile gaming platform.

I would like to correct about the inaccuracy posted about the lack of Outlook integration. The Omnia 7 DOES synchronise with Outlook and the latest Outlook 2010 but not in the conventional way. It does this by using the Outlook Hotmail Connector and using your Windows Live ID in creating an account in Outlook. You than simply copy or move the contacts from the local Outlook file to the Contacts folder of your registered windows live id account in Outlook which will then automatically sync with your WP7. Do a search on Outlook Sync Windows Phone 7 in Bing or Google or try the link below. Hve just got this phone and it is amazing in all respects. WP7 may not be complete but there is plenty to get started with and M$ will be fast on updates unlike the other "two". The entire interface and design is top class.

I mean u gotta see how clear super amoled screen is better than retina disp on iphone 4 and the specs 512 ram wowww, not to mention microsoft didd a excellent job on the new OS. I gotta admit with wp7 other OS looked like old school. Two thumbs up microsoft. Nice job and welcome back.

I actually really like Samsung, but the ammount of paid fanboy-ism that goes on at GSMArena on their behalf is pretty hard to swallow. Let the phones speak for themselves, don't diminish the quality of the manufacturer/brand by artificially pushing them to the top.

Hi, I got my Omnia 7 a few days ago and it's awesome. The OS is definitely the best thing Microsoft has brought to the table for a long time. I like how they integrated facebook into the phone. It makes it a one stop shop for all things social. Pity they haven't done twitter yet but I'm hoping they update the OS to include it sometime in the future.
The Phone itself is great. It's my first time using the AMOLED screen and I have to say it makes everything else look second rate. You do trade off pixel density (not a big trade off I think) for it but you can't deny WP7 looks fantastic on this phone. Blackest blacks I've ever seen on a screen :D.
