Hello to Omnia HD folks!! I have a problem figuring out how to view/appear my voicemail icon. Since I bought the phone; the voicemail icon won't appear and I have a lot of client leaving messages to my inbox without my knowlege. Tried different phone and it works fine, had voicemail icon when there's a missed call(in addition) there but only my Omnia hd doesn't it only says "Missed call" no voicemail icon notification when client leave message. Any ideas, folks!!! =)

some questions to settle the issues:
1) When is the new global firmware with kinetic scrolling coming out really (april/may?)
2) How come hyperX can make the unit run faster.. maybe
by unloading some background task? Why didn't Samsung give the option of unloading them too in the first place.
3) Why didn't Satio have similar HyperX program?
4) Using hyperX can run 90% of S60V5 software.. this
means one can run even paid software for free by
copying them handyphone to handyphone? Of course I'm
not asking about piracy but just wondering how come
this doesn't occur in the Iphone wherein one can run
paid software for free ripped out of apple store..
while in OVI you can run paid softare for free ripped
from it in your hacked hyperx i8910?
5) with the HyperX software, this means the i8910 is
even better than any nokia phone because you can
practically run all software at OVI (even paid one)
for free
6) in the event it is still not possible to run paid
OVI software for free with hyperX.. what stops it from happening.. maybe each software needing the phone IMEI to register. Again I'm not doing this but just wondering.

I am not able to switch off my phone with long press of Red key. I guess some software I installed conflicting the operation. Any solution to solve the problem. Another problem is I installed ASGAtech UniDic and it changed the fonts. Now I want to uninstall the software but in the middle of the operation it says "unable to remove". How I can uninstall this software or switch back to default fonts. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks

I'm not sure how warranty works in your country but in my country , even if u flash till you cooked your RAM or ROM and if its still under warranty , they will replace it for u FOC . Flashing doesnt void any warranty .

hello... is it not possible to copy the original firmware from the unit (or download from web) and reflash it back to the unit (after having it hyperx) when warranty service is needed for say sound
problems or any hardware factory defect?

Some of the apps for N82 cant working on i8910 as there it isnt touch screen supported . So , how do u wanna work your apps ? Get a virtual keypad but tat doesn't mean all will work 2 .

N82 won't be able to run in the i8910?? I was
prefering this over the Samsung Beam Android
based operating system because I thought the
Android only has few software.. so the Beam
is better than the i8910 in the software execution?

what do you mean no third party software can be
installed in the device without hacking the
firmware... do you mean regular S60V5 software
can't be run without hacking it... if not.. what examples of third party do you mean...
about firmware.. china and italian units already
have kinetic scrolling and soon other markets..
so there is firmware support too...
