cia, 24 Jan 2010Hey tell me before reseting wat was the memory condition of... morei'd installed tonnes of apps and games (thanks to sajad and others).. everytime i install something, though i'd install it in the mass storage, my phone memory would decrease little by little.. soon it came down to around 19MB.. obviously, i also had quite a large cache.. maybe if i'd cleared that i would have got a few MBs..

cia, 24 Jan 2010hmmmm... I deleted cache from web... And i got 1 mb free.. ... morecia,
Other in my phone memory is only 9MB.. So it means something is occupying it.. Do one thing, go to application manager and check the installed apps.. Check for the memory card or mass memory sign next to it.. The one with no sign next to it is installed on phone memory.. Try it out..

              rosy
hope ur not our neighbour rosy aunty whose daughters are hot and sexy.
rosy ur problem was renaming applications on n86 so here is the trick
              1. Create a new folder in the menu(you must be in Grid View for this trick to effect) name this new folder what ever you want or just simply use folder!

              2. Move(or place) the application u want to rename in the first(or should i say upper left most) position in the menu.

              3. In the menu highlight the new folder you created(in step 1), press option, after pressing option pop up window will appear and while the OPEN option is in highlight, press the power off/on of your cell(but don't turn it off ok!)

              4. select offline mode.

              5. after you select offline mode the highlight will go to the first(or should i say the upper left most) position in the menu where you placed the application you want to rename right!!! and the pop up window still remain with the option Rename on it.

              6. Now choose Rename and you can rename your application.

By doing the *#7370# your problem will be fixed but u will loose almost everything preinstalled(my own experience)(mass memory will format) and u should restore them all back manually...By having a back up via pc studio u will be able to restore almost 90% of them back,BTW.
Did u update ur quick office recently?? cause i have had the same issue...the damn new files will be stored only on the c memory, nowhere else...
And dl anything via Opera mobile will be saved on c also...

Yes i meant a lifetime free voice guidance but it wouldnt be only for the 5800 but for the all nokias,
                  http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_blesses_all_its_smartphones_with_free_voiceguided_navigation-news-1397.php
But if the only one which could be installed on my OHD is just the 5800's map, then i would be more than happy...;D

my main issue is whenever i open it after connecting to the server and going to the home page, it says the "skyfire is not available at ur location" i yet be able to open almost any websites flawlessly but i cant access to the history and/or change the advance settings!!! It seems the data needed to do so should be placed on their database somwhere on the net than the phone's memory, and it may not supported in my country due to the sanctions or somthin'!!!

Also i cant creat a homepage... plus the video quality is a bit jerky even at 1Mbps stream speed via wifi videos are playing at around 300kbps!!!...Is it normal on mobile phones?
Do u guys have those issues? Any solution to solve?

                      Thanks in advance
