Hi all, I've got an i8910 with orange and due an upgrade, Don't know whether to go fot the N8 and sell my i8910, or just go sim only and save some money. Any thoughts, p.s. camera and conectivity important.

I am really confused,too.Omnia HD or Wave?Wave is on the top of the list,has nice software,although,as I know ,there are less apps for it then for Symbian.Omnia HD has 8Mp camera (which is important to me) and does have some optics (some "HD lens")-I havent noticed that Wave has any.Also Wave is updated for HD video recording,Omnia is made for it.Wave 30fps omnia 24fps...I heard some very bad stories and some very good stories about OmniaHD.Some people say that its software is problematic but it has been updated so no more problems with recording sound and camera problems.So,which one?I would like to hear as much as more details since none of them is cheap nor I am planing to change my phone in next 3-4 years.

I've been digging through specs and reviews the last couple of days and haven't been able to find anything that comes any close to the HD's media capability, meaning - HD video playback and recording, excellent loudspeaker (and volume level) and headphone quality, very good camera and amazing display. What phone could be considered its successor? Someone help me out here, because frankly I cant find one that comes close (in total)...

other all hardwares weak than omnia HD.

I'm considering buying this Phone.
What about the Wave ? It has a smaller screen and restriced apps with Bada, but Wave has super Amoled screen, 1 gig cpu etc.
Please advice me.

i m planning to buy omnia hd but does it have FM TRANSMITTER if it doesnt i guess i have to go with bl40 choclate.what do u think i should do

Anonymous, 08 Nov 2010u got a faulty one mine is touchwood superbly fast nd cool ... morethis phone rocks!!!! the hx-v11 has overclocked its cpu to 950hz.....and with all the features and options....it is still the best phone out there...least for alot of people....not to forget to mention...that this phone was introduced at end of 2009.....and still has its touch ;)

Software-wise, almo... morelooks like u have gone mad??? from which angle do u think that this can beat n8, no chance........ wat hardware are u talking abt?????????/ n8- 12mp superior camera and video recording, better processor speed, inbuilt 16gb, better wifi and 3g speeds, better bluetooth,noise cancellation microphones, multi touch, hdmi connection, usb on the go, it plays even flv files directly downloaded from you tube, better 3d graphics accelator and moreover its sym^3. the only place omnia hd beats n8 is in the screen size nd that too a tad 0.2inch which is hardly a difference. and in remaining each nd everything n8 is either at par with omnia hd or surpasses omnia hd by miles:) sadly looks like u are a omnia hd owner and i am a proud n8 owner ;)

Hardware-wise, this beats the Nokia N8. Software-wise, almost every new handset can kill Omnia HD. But of course, HyperX firmwares have undoubtedly improved the Omnia HD's overall image and character as a smartphone.

I am die hard nokia fan since "birth" but now I'm thinking of riding the android bandwagon. SOHD will be my last symbian handset. It has its pros and cons but overall I'm half satisfied with it. I'll give other OS a chance. But before that, I'll test out HX-V11.
Hey Symbios, if ebook reading is my turf, which handset would you recommend?
