Anonymous, 10 Dec 2009how to increase volume on this phoneif u mean how to make it louder than what it comes from factory,


Press telephone and type *#0002*28346#. A menu will appear. Now to up the Music playback volume via the headset.

To up the music via Headphones:

In the menu select:

select 2. Play Sound
now select : 2. Mp3 HeadPHN
Follow the settings
Fine gain 0 db (Default) No need to do any thing
.......
Coarse Gain 06 db (default) dont do anything
......
HS Gain is 0 db (Default) change it to 6db, just tap on it then type 6 then # thats it...
......
Analog PGA -2 db (default) not realy need to change it, but to avoid damage ur haephones/hearing its better to set it to -4 db, just type 4 then "*" (for the negative values) then # and u r done.
......

To up the audio level during video playback:

Via speakers:

* 2. Play Sound
* Now press: 3. Mp4 LoudSPK
* Now change (4) PreDR Gain to = 6db. Type 6 and #. And your done.

Via headphones:

* again 2. play sound
* tap on 4. MP4HeadPHN then change the coars gain from 0db(default) to 6db type 6 then #...

To make sure your settings are saved go back to main audio tune screen and select “back-up”(if u dont hit the backup those settings will go back to their default values after u restart ur phone)

vyom, 10 Dec 2009hi i m really confused for buying a new phone ... but i lov... moreI dont regret buying this phone, the AMOLED screen is great with 16M colors and 3.7" screen, 8MP is clear, the flash is strong compare to dual LED flash because its a Power LED, the sound is surround good for watching movie or playing music, and if you download the latest Opera Mini its like having an iphone for browser-smooth and accurate, and most of all the Video Recording and Movie playback is awesome!! you dont need to buy Video Cam, its like having a Video Cam and a HD DVD player and a Laptop all in one device.

hi guys,
does anyone know how to access the video call camera in a way other than making a video call.
on my previous n95 you could just go into the camera application and choose secondary camera in the options.
along with that, i would also like to know how to have the phone so it asks for a code every time you want to unlock the phone - just like on the iphone or on the ipod touch; i went through the security settings and stupid me locked myself out of my phone !!!
lucky for me i knew that the default unlock code was 00000000 (:
finally, would anyone care to recommend their top ten games / apps.

finally got my phone today! The UI isn't as slow as people claim for a non-hacked phone. I'm using I8910TGYII3 (customer version date: 22/09/2009). Need to study for exam, will play with it more tomorrow.
