guys, does anyone knows for sure if debranding and/or unlocking the phone will void its warranty?
(I'm talking about Omnia HD from Orange in this case).

It's pi$$ing me off too. I don't think anyone knows which other networks it's coming to. I would like to see it on tmobile because they have the best data plans. Might be tempted if it's on 02 too, the're not too bad. But orange, no thank you!!!!
I'm fed up of tmobile putting their crap firmware on phones, they ruin htc phones! Really hoping this will come to tmobile without any software changes by tmobile.

Of course N95 is louder than INNOV 8 but with distortion. I had both these phones & am in a position to comment. Give me two weeks time for me to comment on Omnia HD's sound quality.

If this is a clone from China then the Chinese deserves to be worshipped by creating such a very good clone! Hahaha! AFIK, the original has a Chinese clone now. The Chinese are really geniuses! I'm proud to have some of their blood! Hehehe! Your question though implies that I might be incapable of recognizing an original from a fake. Thank God I have the resources to change phones at least every 3 months. My last phone which was a pixon was only 2 weeks old when I found a way to acquire an Omnia HD. So I am somehow proud to say that I know how to look for details to tell if a phone is fake or not. This phone will certainly stay with me for more than 3 months because it certainly rocks. By the way, the screen is still visible under direct sunlight because of the ambient light sensor. The screen is very vivid that it can survive the power of its screen gloss.

ding, 11 Jun 2009hi! Is the unit you bought for 28k is 16gb? or 8gb?It's the 8GB at 28k. I bought an extra 16GB micro sdhc which is already too much for my memory needs. Hehehe!

oled is extremely hard to see in sunlight. no matter what phone has it, thats the only reason i dont like it

When you come next to an Omnia or an Omnia 2 owner, don't mention that you possess an "Omnia HD" because it is a pure laugh!
The "Omnia HD", as you wish to call it, has never been the first neither been the last. It is not just a joke, but simply a fact of bare accomplishment with a complete wrong name.
However, you can say that you have a Samsung with Symbian OS and HD video recording only. That would simply be fine.

When the hell is this phone coming out to other networks in the UK.
It's been on Orange now for a month!!!! I really want this phone and it's so annoying Orange is the only one that got it....
Samsung would have made loads more money if it was on every network! (Would have got more order before the N97 released)

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970You have no brain ! The Satiou (idou) is going to come out so late that it will be outdated by a mile. The only thing the Satio has is it's 12 MP camera nothing else interesting. The Omnia HD kicks it ass in every department !!!

Photo call is same like SE Full Screen Caller ID?
HD Displays Caller ID both Name and Number as if some is calling us?
