I wanted the simple Omnia, but the Display Resolution put me off.
I guess I'll have to wait a while for the prices to come down. Anyways, this phone shall be sheer awesomeness.

The Samsung Omnia HD will be available in the UK as - Tan unlocked handset from 25th May 2009. =D

i start gravitate to symbian samsung mobile phone (previos symbian nokia mobile phone) like omnia hd and innova8 but i don't like touchscreen and huge slider form,,so i hope that samsung release symbian with candybar and convenssional keypad and small slider with 16 m display resolution,,

Oh and btw auto rotate can be a con, so in a way I'm glad Samsung decided to omit it. It's annoying how my iPod touch always rotates, when I accidently tilt it even slightly. And people, multi-touch can be implemented, perhaps with a firmware update or something.

This is a great phone, reasonable price too, it has absolutely everything. My only concern is the lack of a lens cover and the plastic cover they opted to go with instead of the brushed metal one. Symbian is a also a brilliant operating system people, trust me I've used the 5800. It's going to get tons of new applications. The RAM on this phone is somewhere in the 200s not too sure, but comeon people this phone has a better processor than the PSP! It's upto Samsung to utilize that fact. The huge battery is definitely a plus,and I'm hoping to get it as soon as I can. And honestly, you do not need a camera which is more than 8 megapixels, as the quality will be brilliant on this one too. The video recording sounds fantastic too, the first of it's kind. What more to say?
