First looks at specs gives me a feel that it is a feature rich high-end phone from samsung.
I am bit confused about this phone, which market samsung targeting this phone at?
This is not a serious business phone because of limited capability of s60 OS to sunc with mail clients like outlook/notes (specially in secured environments where pop3 don't work).
As a true multimedia device this has a drawback that frame rate for video is only 24 FPS.
Specs also do not talk about the RAM of phone clearly.

Anonymous, 16 Apr 2009thats quiet difficult because both N97 and Omnia HD are ter... moreWhile nokia have n95 and samsung have omnia, all se can come up with is a concept phone idou without certain release date?? my phone is se k750 and so dissapointing that i can't upgrade with the same brand, because se is so way behind other competitor. they came up with c905 8mp, but se fooling people who think that their video quality was just as good, while in fact is just rubbish because they are afraid of offending Sony webcam. And xperia, such a low design not to mention the specs. So, dream on.. because idou will not come up by this year haha..

Nonetheless, pixels do not count & if you are not convinced ask even an amateur photographer.On the other hand Idou, in yr opinion may be a better phone. So be it.Speak about the pros & cons of the instrument & no personal attacks pls.

i asked my friend in korea how much omnia HD its around 1500 dollars Open line!!! T___T and almost half the price with Korean mobile carrier Anycall about 600-700 dollars only.

OMNIA HD is the Best phone yet announced but it lacks two things :
1- auto-rotating , i mean when you rotate the phone the screen rotates
2- multi-touch option
and i think they can be adjusted by samsung

Any idea of a rough price this might be released at in the UK? Is it likely to be free on a £30/month 18 month contract? Or is it going to be super expensive?
