Anonymous, 08 Jul 2010All my phones were discounted, even free and the requests w... moreThe phones on T-MOBILE US and AT&T are discounted if you get bound to a contract for 2 years post paid plan (excepting when it is an open box or for very old models on sale). If you wish to get the unlock code you have to pay the full phone's price beforehand or to pay an early termination fee to break the 2 years contract plus the remainder from like $200 that you paid for phone to its full price.
Probably you got some cheap Motorolas which AT&T wished to get rid of.

This looks pretty good, I really like the specs. With all of the new android phones coming out I am tempted to switch from the iPhone.

This would be a great phone if AT&T didn't have it. This phone is so crippled you might as well not say it's running on an Android OS. Very disappointing. Galaxy S, I'm coming for you!

Thats jus crap, here in uk we have galaxy s an it looks completly shite! It has killer specs and all but just too damn ugly! Hope samsung release this version of the s here, doubt it though :-(.

Besides AT&T will not sell such phone outside US.

Only code they wouldnt provide was for apple.try it call them youll be amazed u have nothing to lose.

Anonymous, 04 Jul 2010why would you say" NEVER" this phone is quad band... moreBecause its case and software is customized by AT&T, it is specially designed for AT&T by Samsung, part of deal to distribute such phone on AT&T network; it will also be locked on AT&T network. GSM on 4 bands is a standard component in radios, it is no longer a factor for market target.
