taniya, 29 Jan 2013hi can anyone tell me whats the best upgrade i should do to... moreIf you know how to flash your rom, the best version of Android for this phone is Jelly Bean 4.2.1 from slim roms. If you don't have your phone rooted you'll need it to be rooted. http://www.slimroms.net/ for the rom. And if you need a step by step for rooting/upgrading go to http://www.xda-developers.com/ they have step by step tutorials. I have the i897 running JB 4.2.1 and it's great.

we can upgrade easily to gingerbread .. just need to open software updates from setting ;)

its probably the best smart phone, because it was way ahead of its time. its processor is fast enough for a 2010's three year old model. i ve used iphones and latest samsungs. this one rocks. sleak and reliable. original battery still gives me a good 10 hour talk time. bright screen sharp resolution. Zero problems.

Everybo... morego to settings then wireless and mobile network then mobile network then access point network click on it and insert the configuration manaully.call mtn customer care they will give you the manual settings.mine came automatically on airtel network
