i just bought this handset a month ago..and upgraded it to 2.3 gingerbread, its really a fantastic handset, no complaints...if u are planning to go for it just go ahead..

Hi. I just got the SGS and I cant seem to detect my wireless network. My ipod/laptop can detect and connect to it fine but it seems that my SGS cant. however, my SGS can detect other networks and connect to some other networks.
Thanks in advance. Also I really like this phone, really nice =D.

I really admire the new innovations on SGS 2. I owned a Samsung Galaxy i9000 since January 2011, now it is updated with Gingerbread 2.3.3. so far, i am very satisfied with it because, for me, it has the ideal weight, size and screen. Although SGS 2 has a dual core and faster processor, i will stick with my SGS 1. To SGS users,don't feel bad, just my honest opinion, you laso made a good decision. Anyway we are all in the Samsung family. Cheers!

im loving my SGS more and more! will not likely to change maybe 1 year or so (no more cash too, but satisfied with i9000 ) thank u samsung for bringing us such great phone!

I think samsung have programed my phone to kill the competition.whenever i download a launcher app from the market my phone automatically shuts down showing the tw.launcher force close warning and the only way to get it back is to reboot to recovery mode and factory reset.only with other launcher apps.i smell conspiracy people...

Hey frnds...it is a global problem that we face on our mobiles is the battery timings.
The more heavy is the hardware and software ov the mobile it uses more battery..
I read in a news paper that a new technology which would be called (NANO BATTERY TECHNOLOGY) This unique technology is so amazing that once u have charged ur battery u wont hav to recharge it again fr couple ov months that would be cool and useful fr mobiles running such as android symbian and ios software ..i hope it would be relased soon.
