The price of the phone is almost the same as the price of the htc desire s. Which phone should I buy? Battery life is important to me. And build-quality and compactness.

Was gonna flash to GB but since its available via keis ill wait but does anyone know when it will be arriving in Spain.seems like its never gonna get here.any info would be appreciated.

Anonymous, 27 Jun 2011why my sgs will auto restart few days once? is that normal?As long as its not persistent it shouldn't be a problem. Might just be a buggy app or out of memory problem. Remember ure running a device with PC like hardware so expect the odd restart or lag.

hey guys i'm facing a problem here, um having my galaxy s for 3 months and now when i import friends from my facebook account to the contacts the phone stops and then it gives me a msg of force close to the contacts, does any1 knows what to do about this????

Superb phone...having it from 8 months and still no need to buy another phone.Its Gingerbread update is great.

[deleted post]hey ranjani.. its the same thing i asked others when i was planning which phone would i get.. and then upon searching.. i ended up buying samsung i9000.. its really a great phone.. no led flash but it has a great pics quality and video quality.. expect for a fast drain on ur battery when browsing... what else? hmmm.. all i can say is my samsung i9000 is rocking!!! i really really love my phone..

Here on enquiry at one of the stores - Vijay Sales, Mumbai
Samsung G I9000, now comes installed with 2.2 and has in built Adobe Flash player 10.1 pre-installed. I9000 Packing and Manufacturing was April 2011.
On further check...software wise now I9000 and I9003 stand on the same level....both has froyo and similar apps - Flash Player etc

@Rishi - Even I got same reply from Samsung India Service Center, thats no official upgrade has been rolled out for I9000 and I9003. Need to wait they said.
