i upgraded my sgs i9000 to 2.2 froyo from 2.1...
n nw i cm to know that 2.3 is available for SGS...
so can i upgrade my SGS to 2.3 ????

I've had it for over 4 months. Beautiful phone, hands down. Browsing is so fast. Most apps are breeze, though a few are extremely slow like Dolphin, yahoo mail, etc. Love the phone and cannot wait to buy the Galaxy II.

Hi,
Can anyone specify if this phone can be updated to Froyo 2.2.1. Currently, My phone runs the 2.2 version and have checked in a friends phone that the I9003 has 2.2.1 available - I am in india.. Please clarify

plz let me know.... install one click lag fix (oclf) after you root ur phone of u want to make ir faster look out for OCLF on android market
i9000 is still available in d market and very few handsets left as google stopped makinh super amoled screens go gerab it b4 it goes out of stock

Is it advisable to buy I9000 after the I9003 available in market? As per my search i found 9000 lags 9003 in two terms. 1 Optical trackpad( I can let go) 2. its Android Version ( Cn be upgraded when required so no prob). However the SAR rating for 9000 is quite below the 9003 and 9003 has very high value thats why i want to go for older (I9000). Can you tell me if I9000 still available in market? what Price?
