Can you guys actually download stuffs from samsung apps? I upgraded to froyo earlier and theres only 2 more apps available to download from samsung apps marketplace. It wouldn't update itself. When connect to Kies, it says the mobile phone is not supported by Samsung apps. Mine is the galaxy s vibrant from canada, but I am using it in the states, if thats relevant. Also, does anyone know how to input chinese. I see it has spanish, french, and even Korean, but no Chinese.

if you don't understand how to use computers, install programs , I suggest you buy a cheap phone for just calls only.

As for the rest of you that keep asking about Lag fix. this is the LAST time I am going to say it.

                1. on Market search for Lagfix. click on it and it installs itself.

Sheeeesh, there are some really dumb people here who shouldn't even be buying this phone until they take a simple course is basic computing.

Basically it's next to Singapore, located somewhere around South east Asia. The reason why am I so concern about this is either Samsung Galaxy S or HTC Desire, there are the top notch among the smartphone range and it is pretty pricey as you may aware of. And I do not wish to end broght an unmature/defective fancy gadgets in terms of software or hardware aspect. That is why I am acting a bit discrete(probably I read about some other comments from other users too). Anyway, I am truely appreciated you share thoughts with me.

                          Thanks.

P/s: Much appreciate you could share with us after you have update the OS. And how many software/application should I place/run in order the smartphone run smoothly?

                                  1) Do you experienced any lagged with the phone... i mean while typing message, scroll the UI menu & etc?

                                  2) The smartphone existing OS is Andraid 2.1 version, do you think it could get better/worst when it update to Andraid 2.2 or 2.3 (since there going launch very soon)?

                                  Thanks.

To all dear brilliant smartphone user,

Christmas is around the corner, I wish to get a smartphone like Samsung Galaxy S or HTC Desire for myself. However after I did tones of search from the internet(website eg CNnet, gsm, techradar,...) & youtube too; and I found out these 2 phone (probably)are the best smartphone available in the market. Despite the smartphone manufacturer devoted their great effort and delivery their master piece to the consumer, the controversy of their final products still remained. SO I ASK, among these 2 smartphones which one do you guys think is good for my income Christmas present.

                                      Thanks & regards,
                                      Dilemma
