launcher pro is the best launcher on the market but you have to buy the pro version to access all the features.
Try ADW it's very customisable and has many free themes!

The best phone available at the moment trust me this baby has it all. The only phone that even comes close is the Iphone 4 but they messed up the hardware (calls actually drop when you are in the middle of a convo). So here it is form an expert on cell phone.
1. Galaxy S.
2. HTC Desire (Screen not as impressive as SGS or Iphone 4)

Select Contacts\Menu(Left Soft Key)\Delete
Tick the ones you want to delete - Naga (Tick Select All). It's THAT simple!

My advice is don't ever come and post any comment here. Just go to HTC desire website you are happy with.
