i find that when you get the phone. immediately restore to factory settings and it will work much faster

P.S - To all galaxy s fans, i also like this phone but it is way out of my budget. It is a nice phone overall and can sure beat the hell out of the Iphone.....sorry 'icrap'.

sam, 24 Oct 2010boooring phone. no good games or camera flash and laaaaaaag... moreOvi-store have no good games or apps, and N8 totally freezes often and the N8-browser can not load webpages correctly and some pages makes the phone crash. N8 have an absurd big camera and an even more absurd xenon-flash.
USB-on-the-go is pointless on a phone with only 360x640 and a completely useless qwerty landscape-only. DLNA is a better, cable free, chioce than HDMI.
N8 can not be compared with Galaxy S or IPhone4 or HTC Desire...

Amir, 24 Oct 2010hi paul,thanks for reply....that link u posted for spb mobi... moreNo I don't think you can put them into folders at the moment but when the spb comes out it wont void your warranty it just runs on top of the twlauncher.
If you download launcherpro from market you can go to preferences, dock then tick the three boxes which will show on dock how many calls, messages and emails you have not read.

Partha, 24 Oct 2010I am using 2.1 Eclair...plz suggest me a task killer and lag fix.I was using advanced task killer with the widget and one click lag fix through mcr scripts but oclf from the market is good too.

Although, every sgs use... moreWhich is why custom roms are so popular I don't have a warranty so there is nothing I would miss trying all the new roms, it seems silly that a dev on xda can create a rom which is better than the official Samsung one I think we should be able to deal with Google only.

Although, every sgs user will want his device gets upgraded as long as the h/w is capable of (which no doubt IS with sgs). Unfortunately samsung has a bad record while upgrading their devices after the first major upgrade. My spica i5700 is an fine example of that. Its 800mhz. Was much capable to run froyo but was stuck with the buggy eclair only. Hope samsung starts to listen to their customers and support their devices atleast for an year!
