well every country started to release their testing froyo for test first uk now china,indo,spain,arab.... but india?.... today i checked the price for battery in service center then i asked one guy when froyo is avail for galaxy but he dont even know wat is froyo i dono wat to say.....

Hey got my extended battery today the 3000mah one that i described a few posts back I've been using my phone for over an hour its still on 100% allot better than the stock 1500mah one.

i bought sgs n itz a 16 gb but in setting total space is showing jus 13.43gb ???
why like dat ?

setting -about phone-usb settings-samsung kies*-set.
original home screen required dot use luncher pro or other tweak software.
You should see on the phone a screen showing an usb connector. Do not touch the phone. On Kies you'll see connecting, and then the sgs device connected.

Hmm am just tried jm6 and jpm both r same but faster than previous one jpk browser loads quick but still lags when zoom but there is a fix for browsers then now it is much much smooth and gps is so quick locks in 10 sec thats great and voice recog is lot better than jpk as well works great...... But still fb is not working thats the only flaw.....
Did anyone tried advance qudrant standard? It shows my phone produces good i/o, 2d and 3d but scores very less in cpu speed.... Nexes one can can score 3 times better than galaxy y is that only after a lag fix galaxy can score more that to in i/o remaining r same as eclair

i have been trying so many times to co... moreFind Kies installation package on www.Samsungmobile.com.
Install Kies on your PC. Launch Kies. On the SGS, go to settings, About Phone, USB..., select Kies. Go to home screen on the phone, close all apps (with task killer). Connect the usb cable between the phone and pc. You should see on the phone a screen showing an usb connector. Do not touch the phone. On Kies you'll see connecting, and then the sgs device connected.

i have been trying so many times to connect my sgs to the pc using kies... bt i could not make it...
it is showing problem...
i have tried all the possible methods.. bt it is not working...
so it is my sincere request to all to advice me a solid idea to fix this...
will it be helpful to take my sgs to the service center??? can they help me???
Please someone Help me asap...

I am not 100 % sure, Samsung changed their mind on the actual release day last time, but I do really think it is coming friday 15, tomorrow.

This is a great phone with pretty neat features but what drew me away is the fact that it has no LED flash for the camera?
How do you put a 5mp camera and overlook having a flash for it!
This is so disappointing to any one hoping to buy this phone
