Is there any difference between the CPU 1GHz Samsung Hummingbird processor in the vibrant and the ARM Cortex A8 1GHz processor in the i9000?

hi, can anyone confirm if this phone supports outlook synchronizing please? i need to sync this with my ms exchange for emails, contacts and calendar. i know we can do this via Kies but what about OTA? thanks.

Honestly, this phone is great. There are a few wrinkles in the UI that I'd rather have been sorted out, but it's not so bad, once you get used to the occasional lag.
Though... Speaking candidly, I kinda regret not waiting for the HTC Desire HD. Not that I knew anything about it then, of course.
My next phone's definitely gonna be an HTC. No offense intended, Samsung. XP

Hey Guys,
Don't try to update an unofficial firmware. wait for the froyo to come officially. at the moment try to enjoy your eclair. I just wonder what's all these complains about the phone lag and the Kies ?? I have no such problems at all. thanx to samsung they're giving to us the File Manager so we can install applications from the PC. go to http://www.androiddownloadz.com/ ,download and install the Taskiller Application. the thing is.. whenever I finish all what I want to do with the phone, i open the taskiller application (i have a shortcut on the desktop) then i kill all the processes. and the phone is just perfect again. I never suffer from the lag.
for the kies problem, disable debugging mode at the first time u install the program, and everything should go fine. I never face a problem with my Kies & SGS.
not so good camera, but overall... PERFECT PHONE

This question goes to Paul as he is the SGS expert.... moreYeah I think my n82 was brilliant for pictures its more than likely the quality of the lens you can buy a cheap 14mp camera and a expensive 8mp camera doesn't mean the 14mp one will take better pictures they are usually made up of bad pixels which look blurred.
Most slr companies have started to reduce the mp's on their cameras instead of trying to raise them all the time. Nokias use Carl Zeiss lenses which are good not sure about about Samsung lenses though.

I wonder about the quality of it Carema, No doubt Video Recording is fantastic.. But for the still image
it's seem not so clear when we zoom in it.. As Nokia
their 5 Megapixels Camera Can zoom up to 50% without any blur picture at all..Can you explain?

my back pro is the app will let u backup all data including contact to ur sd card later u can restore after a factory reset
search for my backup pro on market....

Hi another way to change the brightness on your galaxy pull down the notification bar about 6mm so its just a grey bar then keep your finger on it or it will close move your finger right or left to change brightness. Nice and easy and usefull.

Zoomer, 28 Sep 2010Hi, I purchased BSNL 3g... n am not getting 3g symbol in no... mores u wont c the 3g icon on top but 3g video calls working perfect and if u wana config 3g data plan then u must hav to create the access point name of ur own...
settings> wireless and network> mobile network> access point names> menu button> new APN>
name : bsnlnet
apn: BSNLNET(caps)
auth type : PAP or CHAP
APN type : internet
now save the settings and restart the phone....
