hi all, 09 Sep 2010If the quality of sgs camera is amazing, then you must have... moredon be silly u might know that galaxy has better cam than desire then y u wan come here to argue.... but galaxy can capture hd video with 30fps even at 1280x740 which htc cant.....so sure galaxy has better cam admit that

Can some1 PLEASE tell me what KIES stands for and what it is?
Secondly, IS the SGS's surface also scratch resistant like they say the Samsung Wave' screen surface is?
Might I just mention that the 2 flaws that the SGS have is mainly the lack of FLASH and the absence of a Cam Flash. If that is all. then it isn't really something to nag about, is it?

And if you check other forums, there are forums that rate desire as a better phone than SGS. Techradar and CNET are 2 big sites that rates desire as a better phone than SGS.

I had all along been saying that it's good, but it has its flaws too. The past few posts that I typed are highlighting more on the flaws because they are fanboys who are not honest about the flaws of SGS, and I am just trying to let the other unbiased consumers know that they are some flaws in SGS, and far from perfect like a lot of you fanboys claimed it to be.
However, I had NEVER said that it is bad. I had ALL ALONG been saying that it is good, but with some flaws.

Look at the pictures gsmarena have in the review. The image quality is just mediocre. Okay for social sharing, but definitely far from amazing, at least for my standard.

galaxy, 09 Sep 2010I don't carry a camera around I use my galaxy which takes v... moreHow old would that be then? I go to chill with my colleagues at pubs etc very other week. It's more of a lifestyle and what kind of people you mix with, rather than age. Even a 60 year old man goes to pub.
And ovviously SGS image quality is not splendid even in the day. It is just mediocre at best.

Hi there,
I just bought SGS today. I have some question to ask
first how to we check the lifetimer?(usuage) and how to check the firmware?
I previously used Nokia while i have to type *#0000# to check the phone firmware and *#92702689# to check phone life timer, how about SGS?

It dropped from 4th to out of top ten in less than a week. And I can prove that there is at least one person doing so. He said so himself on the desire's forum. His name is ranking ruler. He is a SGS fans. He keeps coming to desire forum and say bad stuff about desire and then say stuff like 'galaxy s rocks' etc. He admitted that he will keep putting 1,1,1 for desire, until he falls out of the board. What a sick SGS fan.

Guys ..why u not talking about SWYPE ...Its the bestest text input method ever and i guess only SGS has it ...its simply awesome and is very very fast ...simply love it on my SGS

The Super AMOLED screen used in the galaxy is far better than the regular AMOLED used in the desire. Goodluck using a desire in the sunlight lol. Galaxy wins

Very often, es... moreI don't carry a camera around I use my galaxy which takes very good pictures and the quality stays good printing 5*7 prints. Obviously I use a real camera for money shots. When you actually grow up and stop going to places in the dark with your school friends you might realise how useless led flash is unless you want a torch.
