hi frnds,im frm india,my galaxy s internet is very slow,using 2g network,bfore used xperia neo v but internet was faster than galaxy s.hw it is possible?and most apps frm g play i cant download.it show an error (927)occured.even mx player.plz help me guys.asap.thanks in advance.

Samsung I9000 Galaxy S in india receives an firmware update. This is not available OTA. Connect your phone through kies and update.
Great support by samasung for a phone released more than 2.5 years ago.

A heads up to any gamers that are getting lagg in their games. I found out yesterday how to make games like real racing absoloutely lag free (whereas it always lagged at the beginning of races....and playing at times), and recently modern combat 3 on the multiplayer. If anyone has ram issues ....then just go to applications, running services, and stop every single one, including settings(do that last). Some wont allow you to close them, but 85% do. This beats all task managers as it actually keeps the running processes closed....and frees up enough ram to help. Ive had this phone for a long time now, and even though I am looking out for what tech is about....i actually might get another sgs i9000 when I get a new contract. What an awesome phone......i reguarly play games now on tv, with a high quality extenstion cable (from amazon) to a nokia tv out lead.
