video on this phone is awesome..samsung do make excellent tvs you know that is how they are masters at screen excellence..plays my divx hd movies flawless just like on the sammy telly

It looks exactly like the iphone. They seem to be marketing this phone on the iphone pedestal. This is there flagship phone and I don't want to own it for the very reason that someone might say "Is that an I iphone?"

And touch screen was available before i-phone too. The I-phone brought everything together that the others hadnt managed but it wasnt ground breaking in itself - only ground breaking in its hype.

- Best Media player on a phone.
- Kies works fine for me
- Call audio is perfect
- Screen size is just right for browsing
- Browser is fast
- Touch screen is equal to I phone on terms of quality
- Display is better than i phone
- 7 home screens which can all be filled with widgets or shortcuts if you like
Basically its similar to the i-phone (Samsung supply most of the parts to the i phone anyway). The i-phone has better apps store. The Galaxy has better media player and is more customizable and can be upgraded more easily. If you want a phone with useful apps, then there is no difference because Android store has all the useful apple apps now. If you want pointless Apps such as an app of sounds of someone kicking a football, then get the i-phone. If you want to upload all your songs to i-tunes from your pc, then download them to your phone, then get the i-phone. If you just want to insert a Micro SD with your music on into your phone, then get Galaxy. If you want good audio, get galaxy. If you want to customise your menu and homescreen, get Galaxy. If you want a decent media players, get Galaxy. The Galaxy is a better phone and cheaper too. The only thing i-phone has over it is brand and the pointless apps that Android havent bothered to release on its store. Galaxy also uses Swype text technology which was recently used in breaking the speed texting world record. Ive used Galaxy and all i-phones and Galaxy is the CLEAR winner when you actually appreciate what it does.

when i connect my phone with Kies...it says please wait........but i waited for 1 hour but it cannot detect my phone...anyone know how to solve this....so sad that i cant connect my phone with my pc....please please please HELP ME!!!!!1

Do anyone had any idea, if it has 256 MB ram or 512 MB ram, some suggest it has 512 MB ram but due to old kernel it shows 256 mb, no official specification on their website which suggest it has 512 MB ram.
