No graphic accelerator?

This phone packs the Hummingbird, the graphical accelerator is the PowerVR SGX540

IT'S 3x TIMES FASTER THAN ANY GPU OUT THERE IN THE SMARTPHONE INDUSTRY.

          It was thought to be the best mobile ever made but I note many NO's for this mobile
          and still very expensive??
          on top of all NO's people missed a BIG NO , So the list goes like:
          NO 512 MB RAM ONLY 256 MB
          No free GPS navigation solution
          No Flash support for the web browser
          No dedicated camera key
          Feeble loudspeaker
          no scratch resistant screen
          no graphic Accelerator
          no xenon flash or even dual flash atleast
          no 4G support,after 4G release buy new mobile again
          no FM Recorder/Transmitter
          and its like cheap plastic dummy/demo mobile exbhited at mobile stores

          Any mobile experts or gadget gurus,Please let people know if any NO's are still missing.

              At first glance, you surely think that the Galaxy S was an Iphone on steroid. If Apple wasn't getting their supplies from Samsung, perhaps they will be the next Apple will going to sue.

I'm not an expert, but I noticed that Android devices tend to have lower RAM than Winmo devices with the exception of HTC who still have winmo in their minds when designing android. These decisions are usually based on heavy calculations and are not deliberate. See for yourselves :

                    X10 : 384 MB RAM
                    HTC Wildfire : 384 MB RAM
                    MOTOROI : 256 MB RAM
                    BACKFLIP : 256 MB RAM
                    MILESTONE : 256 MB RAM

                      We see performance only because the phone doesnt have any apps on it and is not multitasking. The real issue comes when we multitask and this amount of RAM can surely not handle 3 tasks +permanent background tasks. So, its a fail if anything

                        i do not understand why android v2.1 phones comes with 5mp camera. it is not required at all, 2 or 3.2mp is enough

                              SHOCKING ONLY 256 MB Ram, I got HTC TOUCH DIAMOND 2 Which has 256 MB ram, and applications like Internet expolrer and Google maps dont run properly on that. Its like ram memory is not enogh for these applicaitons they close automaticaly. I guess SAMSUNG HAS MADE A BIG MISTAKE WITH ONLY 256 MB RAM, HTC DESIRE 576 MB RAM, EVEN HTC LEGEND 384 MB RAM, XPERIA X10 384 MB RAM, HTC HD2 448 MB RAM.

                              Not having Flash (Both Camera & Browser) is not a big problem, but ONLY 256 MB Ram, IT SUCKS,

                              I was gona buy this Phone, but now will think twice.

                                Those things you're talking about are not essential in a phone reviews, it's more user taste oriented. For example I never used the radio in my phone, so I won't have a problem if a phone don't have it. But for other people it may be their deal breaker.

                                You're talking about dedicated camera key, flash and some more thing that may be a deal breaker for some people but that aren't essential at all for others(I never use my dual led flash on my HD2 except for lighting the path at night). You can't tag a phone as a failure just because it doesn't fit your needs and taste, if you want a cameraphone, get the N8, vivaz or omnia HD. If you want a smartphone you can get the galaxy, desire or X10. There is a phone for anyone's taste.

Though it dont have Super Amoled screen and fast cpu, it dont meant N8 is crap. There are many services N8 boast but Your plastic Galaxy S dont have it.

                                    looks like another great device made by samsumg...i have just upgraded to an omnia hd..then ou comes the wave ,,i9000 galaxy,,i no longer have enough money to keep up...N8 vs i9000 would be a good fight,,,12 mp againts the super amold screen...touch wiz android against symbian 3,,,.nokia vs samsung,, nokia will win because of name only ..... But nokia have had a lot of duds lately..if the n8 is crap it will be a major blow for nokia ...as for the great iphone,' its only great in the minds of its brainwashed users...i have an idea!!! all iphone users make a short video about how good it is,,,use the video cam on your fone,,,,,im sorry,,i forgot!!! You cant.....
