AnonD-5680, 10 May 2011Are you having any problem while playing hd games. when i ... moregaming is one of the aspects of this phone that make me smile.i have played asphalt 6. it works.fine.try a different version of the game. dont kno abt fast five.should work fine.currently i have sandstorm, spiderman, splintercell, pes, real football installed :-)

It is a great experience having this wonderful gadget. Every gadget has its own pros and cons. No one is perfect. This one will satisfy all our daily needs as a PC or laptop. I am sure once you taste the experience of galaxy SL you wont keep this aside. Its my promise..thanks

when i installed asphalt 6 it played the promo and exited.are you having any problems while playing any other hd games.
ive played asphalt 5,brothers in arms,nfs shift all without any problems.
fast 5 supports this phone or not?

one thing abt this phone isnt mentioned in gsmarena.the vdo cam in this phone has continuous autofocus ;-)

can anybody tell me the main difference between SLI9000 and I9003...does I9003 have the same RAM and ROM, 2GB???
processor type is different, what kind of experience you guys, ??? expert comment needed...!

Thanks for the quick and detailed feedback. I got some good tips to charge the battery, but two questions
1. the applications running in the back ground should be with all the smart phones, but it is only with sl i9003 the problem is faced by most of the users and this was highlighted immediately after they bought sl i9003.Even the sales rep at one of the reputed mobile store told me confidentially not to buy this coz a lot of customers feed back on poor battery.
2. How often do you charge your battery, does it heat up with a continuous talk of 45 mts or more?
With the talk time all that gaming internet usage and movies or webtv watching how long the charge last, i travel a lot and i do see a lot of music videos, and internet.

Buy this mobile, as this is super, Fast, smooth touch screen, Fast Internet, Good in gaming (i am playing Angry Bird, Worldcup Cricket, Break Bricks, Etc), and many other applications.
For Increase the battery life, use Bettry Booster, Advanced Task Killer, Inbuit Task Manager also works, but it not shown hidden many application detail, and you have to click every downloaded application and see whether it is stoped or working, then force to stop. and many application which are killed through Advanced Killer is also load auto start application, due to thier services are active in background, so check running services, and stop all the services which presently you are not using like Mailservice,maps,facebook,location, etc and stop from it, It will boost your battery life and give more backup.
Hope this will solve / clear confussion about battery life to existing user / new keen buyers.

You need to follow some simple tricks while charging.
Charge only when it reaches 15% or below.
Do not charge when the phone is switched on for first few months.
Switch off the phone and charge for nearly 4 hours or until it reaches 100%.
Charge continously, do not stop charging until it reaches 100%.
You need to charge by switching off the phone for first few months to get better battery life.

the mistake i made was holding my phone horizontally and then calibrated...

super clear lcd on this divice is good than samoled but in case of contrast ratio i.e the power to produce black and white is limited as compared to samoled.

Dear i9003 users,
Initially when the phone was launched there were a lot of feedback on poor battery perfomance. Now i dont read any issue on the batery, so I wonder if the battery issue is resolved or the users have found some technique to increase the battery life. Please users i would appreciate if all of you can give me a correct feedback on battery. Actually i had been waiting for this phone, and coz of battery am confused .is sl i9003 good or wave2. Wave 2 i believe it has good battery life the screen is S-Lcd which isnt so bad, but only drawback is Bada OS, so pl pl help me decide. i am keen on sl i9003 but have not been able to decide coz of battery issue.

My horizontal orientation sensors is not working properly, the view is always in horizontal mode even when i turn to normal view.
