I've been trying to download skype on this phone but the installation failed. Can someone please guide me. I'm from Malaysia btw. Thanks

Can anyone tell me why can't I download Skype on this phone. I've been trying to download it for the past 3 days and it says that Skype can't be installed in this device in Malaysia. Weird. someone please explain

Samsung phone's Design sucks..:( dint u get any better design?? jz look at hTc, Motorola and Sony Ericsson. that are realy superb design..!!

Hi every body, I had a look on all the reviews posted above.
I was very much confused which mobile i should get?, compared specifically --- CORBY PRO (B5310), DUAL SIM
B7722, DUAL SIM B5722, GALAXY ACE, GALAXY S,
GALAXY S L, WAVE 2, HTC Wildfire, HTC Desire, XPERIA.
To be frank, I have not checked out much about xperia, but can say very good talk about it as well as about HTC.
I have realized that SAMSUNG Galaxy S, SL are very good mobiles, but my budget is very limited so chosen SAMSUNG Galaxy SL. Now I really feel that this mobile is almost same as GALAXY S.
Amoled screen is no longer in life when compared to SL - Super clear LCD screen, so this was one reason I preferred Galaxy SL mobile.
I got it for 19,600 Rs/- with out insurance in shree mobiles madiwala, Bangalore( just beside, Universal Mobiles shop)
I could see ebay is offering this mobile 18,700 Rs/- but don't have trust to buy in online / enter my internet banking information.
Pros of GALAXY SL
1) feel very big screen 4.0 inches with high resolution.
2) High digital recording with 5.0 mega pixel camera.
3) having good speed for accessing of applications / internet.
4) almost looks like iphone.
5) this is business phone, multimedia phone. Wave 2 is only multimedia phone, it is not business phone.
6) good clarity in Audio, Video.
7) Batter back up I feel very good compared to
Galaxy S as it is made it to 1650 MAH.
8) I am thankful to samsung as mobile tracker is enabled, we can get message to around our 5 ph no.s with the pre-recording message who has stolen the mobile.
9) However, I can suggest, please note doen IMEI No. since I traced out my previous mobile sony ericsson K530i, came to know that apartment watchman stolen it.
Cons of GALAXY SL
1) zoom 4x for pics is not much effective than HTC mobiles or xperia.
2) samsung should add extra speaker at back for audio to be more louder like NOKIA X2.
3) touch is almost similar to apple iphone but not the same, still there is difference.
Please let me know for any further information If needed.

, better cpu(marginal) compared to desire.gaming is definitely better.cam is preety gud, don kno abt desire tho.and the sclcd does make a difference.only drawbak bein desire is sure to get gingerbread update while i m quite doubtfull abt my phone.decision is upto u.

Hi all, i m from Delhi(India). I m planning to buy this phone within a week. The dealer price is Rs. 18, 500 and i got the price of Rs. 17000 in the Grey market (Gaffar market). My question is howcome there is such a big difference in the prices ? And is it ok if i buy it from Gaffar market coz i heard that u get cheaper deals in Gaffar market because they take out the original stuff( e.g, battery, earphones, charger etc.) from the box and put in the duplicate ones. Plz help guyz....Thanks

I have had this phone for a week now and its pretty good the cons till now is that it sometimes doe'nt respond and looks like its switched off and the other thing is that the battery exhausts in 6-7 hours...
